1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Local BC Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Canada Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-9 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery time varies by location.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DES Curl Spa/ DES Hair Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
DES Curl Spa/ DES Hair Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
By placing an order with DES Curl Spa/ DES Hair Care, you consent to this Shipping Policy and agree to its terms. You agree to provide payment for all items you may purchase on the Site, and you acknowledge and agree that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical product, you agree to provide us with a valid email address, shipping address and billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including an error or omission in the information you provide. Where applicable, if payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. We may require additional information from you before confirming the sale and we reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of our products. For the sale of physical goods, we may pre-authorise your debit or credit card at the time you place the order, or we may charge your card at the time the order is shipped. You agree to monitor your payment instrument. Shipping and delivery costs and expected delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
